Modify or Cancel a reservation

※Hotel Nikko & JAL City's WEB PLUS MILE and JMB Hotel Miles will be credited separately to the designated member's account.
[ WEB PLUS MILE (200 miles accumulation per night) ]
1. WEB PLUS MILE promotion benefits will apply only when the reservation is made through this web page or indicated page by Hotel Nikko & JAL City.
2. JMB 200 miles will be accumulated per reservation regardless of stays or type of room booked and occupied.
3. If more than one JMB member stays in the same room, miles will only be awarded to the designated group's representative.
4. Only one JMB member who checks in under his/her name will receive mileage credit so please enter guest member's name and JMB membership number
in the space provided on.
5. JMB miles will NOT be able to awarded if the group's designated representative's JMB membership number and name are not provided or do not match our records
when reservation details are submitted.
6. WEB PLUS MILE will be credited to the designated member's account on the last day of the calendar month 2-3 months after final check-out for each eligible stay.
7. WEB PLUS MILE promotion benefits apply only when the reservation is made through PC site. When the reservation is made directly through mobile site,
it will NOT be applied in this promotion.
8. One harmony points and One harmony Loyal and Exclusive member's bonus miles will NOT be able to accumulate redundantly and used in conjunction with this promotion.
[ JBM Hotel Mileage (200-2000miles per night) ]
1. When the reservation is made choosing the J-SMART Plan, the mileage is credited per night. The following number after J-SMART is the miles to be accumulated per night.
2. To accumulate JMB Hotel Miles, Please present your JMB card or JALCARD and mention that you wish to receive mileage credit on your JMB account.
3. If 2 or more JMB members share a room, only the member whose name appears on the hotel receipt will receive mileage credit.
4. JMB Hotel Miles will be credited to the designated member's account on the last day of the calendar month 2- 3 months after final check-out for each eligible stay.
[ One Harmony Member ]
1. When the reservation is made choosing the J-SMART Plan. Exclusive member who is also JMB member would earn the additional bonus JMB Hotel Miles.
(Exclusive member 30%, Loyal member 10%)
2. When the reservation is made through this web page, One Harmony Member will be accumulated stay credits and stay points in accordance with the procedure for
One Harmony Membership.
3. A complimentary stay coupon, 50% discount suite room coupon and an upgraded coupon will not be eligible to use.
