Hotel Nikko Saigon announces the official Opening on December 18, 2011
December 01, 2011, Hotel Nikko Saigon has announced its Opening Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on December 18, 2011. The five-star-class hotel, owned by Fei Yueh Vietnam Co., Ltd., is JAL Hotels’ second property in Vietnam after Hotel Nikko Hanoi, which opened in August 1998.
Hotel Nikko Saigon is the newly-developed large-scale commercial complex Royal Centre Project, located in Ho Chi Minh City. Hotel Nikko Saigon construction has been started from 18/12/2009. Now the project has entered the stage of completion.
The hotel will have 23 floors above ground and 3 basement-level floors, with 334 guestrooms and 53 service apartments occupying a total of 58,473 square meters. The hotel’s guest rooms provide a spacious 40 square meters, larger than most hotel guest rooms in the city, with high-quality amenities including LCD flat-screen TV and washlet toilet.
The dining options include an all-day dining restaurant named La Brasserie that serves excellent International cuisine includes Japanese cuisine, an authentic Chinese restaurant named Ming Court and The Lounge at the lobby. Guests staying on the Nikko Club Floor, the 21st and 23nd floors of the hotel, will receive additional privileges such as complimentary access to the Nikko Club Lounge, where breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks will be offered.
Banquet and meeting facilities include a variety of options, ranging from the Grand Ballroom that holds 450 guests in a buffet-style banquet (600 guests for cocktail reception) to a small meeting room and six function rooms, which are perfect for a large conference with multiple programs and meetings being held simultaneously. In addition, as an adjunct to the business center, the hotel offers 14 temporary offices, which are ideal as a first base of operations for people who are preparing to open businesses in Vietnam. Other hotel facilities include a spacious fitness center with the latest exercise machines, an outdoor pool and a spa – one of the largest in the city.
